Manager Login
The process begins with the manager logging into the system to initiate operations.
Project Setup
Manager creates a project, defines landing cost parameters, and assigns it to an engineer.
Engineer Login
The assigned engineer logs in to their dashboard to view new assignments.
Sourcing & Upload
Engineer selects BOM, defines criteria, selects sources, and uploads the data.
Engineer Review
Review of online information and purchase history to ensure data accuracy.
Send RFQ
Request for Quotation is generated and sent to selected vendors.
Update Quote
Received quote information is updated back into the system.
Submit & Close
Final review is completed, and the project is submitted and closed.
